Generally speaking on the use to a Visa credit card offered by BOA. I recently received a phone call from one of the customer service agent with BOA. She inquired about my use of my current Visa with BOA. I  informed her that yes I have the card, but in lue of using it I was not making any purchaseses at this time. She therefore stated that it would be better to cancelled the card.
