Bought it on sale at Sport's Authority...great investment!. runs quietly and smoothly, inclines smoothley, has safety stop mechanism and those poles on the sides give you something to do with your hands. I wear wrist weights to maximize the arm workout. Plenty of easy-reach storage space for telephones, extra weights, TV remote & so forth. Only problem is, if you put a book on the book-rack, it blocks the fan so you can't cool off.
