I got my Vaio for college 5 years ago. I have not had any major problems with it (just software update stuff- no hardware problems). I use it to hold a huge library of songs (I'm a radio DJ) and shows for my ipod. It had a very good virtual 'tour' to walk you through all of the features and included software. I would highly reccomend this laptop, its a good quality computer!
