I've been using this slow cooker for over a year. After trying out several others, this has been the best. I love that the program timer increases by single hours (starting at 4 for low and 2 for high) and it cooks quite evenly. Typically, I'll set it up at 8 am for dinner at 5:30 pm, I have found that I need to reduce the cooking time for chicken if it will stay on the warm function for more than a couple of hours to avoid dryness.
