    I swear by this product. You take one pill a day just as you would prescription allergy medication. I take one every morning with my breakfast. The first time that I used it I immediately felt a difference. I felt normal. With many other OTC meds on the market they might take care of one problem but they create different problems. AllergyMD clears up my allergies and makes me feel better overall. I've tried many different brands on the market and AllergyMD works the best for me. I've converted my husband and three of my friends and they all swear by it now too.
