I spent 2 days thinking I cancelled a flight before it's scheduled departure, the difficulty of the website to cancel should be reviewed by a consumer agency since it is very difficult to receive confirmation that you actually cancelled the flight. To my disappointment I found out this evening that they are to busy to address my concerns--How selfish of me to think I would actually speak with a concerned customer service rep.
