This is my second day.  A little tough, I miss my veggies and fruit. Not really extremely hungry, just have had a headache everyday.  I only take 1/2 of appetite suppressant twice a day due to the headaches and light headedness.  Also tired - No burst of energy yet. I am going to get another mixed shot this week.

Did anyone else have any of these symptoms? If so, how long did it last?

I am excited about the positive feedback I have heard and quick weight loss - but need to feel better (headaches).
