I reciever an automated call Fromm CCO Mortgage stating I had not made my monthly payment. When connected with a customer service rep, I told her I had attempted to make my online payment on Friday, however the system stated it was down and I should try again later. I logged in on Saturday and made the payment, which was actually the due date. I printed out the verification.
