I've had VZW for a little over two years now. I took my number from T-Mobile because there service was horrific in pretty much all areas and will never look back. I've had excelent experiences with there customer service reps and have even comended them to there superiors on a few occasions. I chose to resign another 2 year contract with VZW because I have no doubt that i will continue to enjoy there quality service. Not only are the call center folks helpfull, but there store staff is just as good.
