The Chicago Dough Company offers the best of both worlds: traditional pizza flavors and their own unique concoctions, including dessert pizzas.  Our family of six eats there each Tuesday night when they have the buffet.  Our kids (9, 10, 12 and 13) never go away hungry.  The buffet includes their salad bar, soup, pasta,mild and hot chicken wings,  multiple and changing pizzas and dessert pizza.  Since I am picky about my pizza topics, I order a bacon cheesburger pizza each week, which I love.  The sauces are flavorful without being overly spicy and the topping choices range from very mild...
