Surgery to repair my double hernia on 10/19 went smoothly and I'm on the mend.  Thanks to all well-wishers.

A double hernia? You gotta be kidding me. I knew the "W" key was sticky, but a double hernia? Surgery scheduled the 19th.

Over the last few years I've converted most of our lamps and lighting fixtures over to Compact Fluorescent Lights.  With the exception of a small number of ornamental lights and lights controlled by dimmer switches, the conversion is almost complete.  The savings, in terms of our electric bill are both noticeable and impressive.  And, of course there is that intangible reward knowing that I'm doing something good for the environment.

So several months ago when I got the opportunity to try convert the few remaining R40 Floodlamps with GE's Dimmable Compact Fluorescent Floods I didn't hesitate....

    Good Day RudiXeno,
I just printed up your mattress buying guide, as I need to go shopping for one for my daughter. I read it and thought it was informative, this way I know what they are talking about. Styles, coils, etc., And the fact it has to feel comfortable for the person sleeping on it. I'll let you know how it goes.
Thanks for putting it into view, so I feel smarter going in.
