I've had two incidences where SW came to my rescue. One, was for a flight that I booked the wrong weekend for. I called and asked with a cringe...'how much will it cost to change this flight over?' She said, 'oh, nothing... we're pretty leniant here.' WOW! The second incident was a flight that I missed altogether because of a missed connecting flight from a different airline.
