So many months in between each visit... it really is sad. I'm trying to make a resolution with myself to give myself an hour on here a week. I will sure try. So what is new with everyone here? How were all of your holidays (I think I missed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and now Valentine's Day with you guys)?

Things have been crazy with work, I work for a school tech department... and we got a virus which caused soooo many errors on our network, and still is after over a week.

The baby is getting big... 18 months now... but still not walking! He's starting Early Intervention next week. We called them to do an evaluation thinking he might need Physical Therapy to learn to walk... instead he qualified for everything BUT PT. He's getting Speech, Occupational, and Developmental Therapies. My poor baby. Most of it is my fault. I didn't teach him to stack blocks because I thought he'd hurt himself (they say ages 2 and up)... so he failed that part. I didn't think to let him try a spoon or fork (until he just grabbed a fork from me one day and started feeding himself)... so he failed that. His eval was back in December and he's since learned to do everything they marked him down for. Especially Speech... he only said about 6 words during the eval... but he's Polly Parrot now... he even said "Ogden" today when he heard me tell my husband where I was on speaker phone today. LOL  Hopefully after a few weeks they will realize he doesn't really need them.

Wow! I've been gone so long. I've missed you all!!! :( This new layout is going to take some getting used to. It seems pretty nice though so far. :)

8/27/08 Wow - I've missed you all so much. First I was bed ridden sick with bronchitis. Then, my boss got on my case about being sick so I have to be sure and be a good girl... which means no VP at work! :( I've been jonesing for Viewponts for sure. Then I come on and learn I've won a Simple Thanks. My goodness! That made me even more glad to be back. It's weird how complicated it is to find a logical and eloquent way to say "thanks" for a simple "thanks" award. "Thank you for thanking me?!?" In all seriousness... thank you all. :) 8/3/08 My son's first birthday was an amazing event! I can't believe how fast a year can go! :) Pictures are posted below from the party. The Batman powerwheels is a gift from my cousin (his "uncle" and Godfather) from Iraq. He had it shipped. It was such a special gift from such a special person... the only thing that could have made it better would be if he could have presented it himself. :(
