I was just thinking of you the other day. My friend's Mom is recovering but has to take it easy for a while but I was over visiting my friend the other day for a little informal St. Pat's get-together. We ran a few errands first early in the day (including hitting the new T.J.'s in Oak Park and having hamburgers at Bill's, which is over in that little mall beside the Golden Wok). Then we had evening dinner in Brookfield. I always wonder if I'm close to you when I'm over there, they are on Vernon (not sure of the number right now). Anyway, between the corned beef dinner and those great burgers earlier in the day, nobody starved that's for sure. I heartily recommend Bill's -- they aren't too expensive and the food is great, but you probably know about them already. It's so nice to hear from you again and yes, decluttering is continuing -- I am determined to be able to see every SURFACE again, except for the stuff that is SUPPOSED to be there. My holidays were sort of quiet this year but nice. Did I mention that I have been decluttering? I decided this was the year I was going to buy a couple new things -- one of them being a new sofa. I predict prices will go down drastically on stuff like that. But first we have to get the OLD one OUT of here -- hence the decluttering. Every inch I free up is a celebration. When it's all done maybe we can get together and you can feast your eyes on the new sofa. (Looking at the OLD one is NO FEAST!)

I'm fine and it's so good to hear from you again. I think of y ou every time I come over to Brookfield to visit my friends (which hasn't been too often lately since her mother fell on the ice and broke her knee in two places but ANYWAY ...). We've really missed you and hope that you have time now and then to touch bases and write some more reviews. BOY, HOW ABOUT THIS SNOW, HUH? Well, catch ya later!
