Silestone Countertops: The customer is never right.

Before deciding on Silestone Countertops I went back and forthe between Corian, the new laminate from Lowes(I have forgotten the name of it) and Silestone. I decided to go with silestone because one of Home Depot's selling points was that all of their products have hight customer ratings and they do not put anything in their store that does not have a high rating. I am trying to figure out now where they get their reviews from because their craftmanship and service was awful.
