It was our first time to ship via ground fedex.We are relocating from SF, Calif to San Antonio,Texas. It was already a mistake when they didn't inform us how to label our boxes. The driver was kind enough to come back for our boxes when our labels were not printed out correctly. — We sent 7pcs 20x20x20 boxes and only 6 boxes arrived to it's destination. We kept waiting for the 7th box until it was past 2 weeks. We called Fedex and they said we should file a claim and that a "claims agent" would be calling us regarding the compensation.
