It was our first time to ship via ground fedex.We are relocating from SF, Calif to San Antonio,Texas. It was already a mistake when they didn't inform us how to label our boxes. The driver was kind enough to come back for our boxes when our labels were not printed out correctly.

We sent 7pcs 20x20x20 boxes and only 6 boxes arrived to it's destination. We kept waiting for the 7th box until it was past 2 weeks.
