Virgin Airlines

Don't believe their frequent flyer promotions!

In certain respects, I really like Virgin. They are not the most posh, but they keep their travelers entertained, which is nice. So, Virgin America added to Virgin Atlantic would seem to be good.

However, on three separate occasions, I planned a trip and flew on Virgin Atlantic because of bonus points offered on the frequent flyer program. I did not receive the points offered on ANY of those flights! Once, they magnanimously awarded me 2,000 points - in place of the 10,000 offered.

They stink! I don't like dishonest promotions.
