Weight Watchers has been the best choice I have made for my life in a long time. Since April of this year I have lost 26 pounds. That may not sound like a lot to you but with my summer being a constant run of picnics and parties I think it's great. I am averaging about a pound a week, consistenly and eating all the things I love. With the WW program you are taught how to convert your every day food loves into things you can eat and still lose weight. This is done through converting those foods into points and only eating a certain number of points per day, determined by your present weight. Figuring... review »
