In my mid 40's I guess it was mid-life crisis time.  It was a choice of having an affair or getting a sports car.  Figured the Mustang was cheaper and safer, so bought a silver one without telling the wife.

She was immediatly smitten with the looks, the comfortable ride and the very reasonable purchase price, not to mention the 29 mpgs.

Over the years this car has held up in stlye and maintance.  Only have bought new tires, tuneups and oil changes so far.  Still getting good milage and feel like I'm looking good when I ride around in it.

 Sure glad I didn't have an affair.
