Incident
I started service with Alltel on January 30th 2008 and canceled service on February 2nd, 2008. All equipment was returned to the Metro Center location in Phoenix on January 3rd, 2008. After calling Alltel to let them know that I had returned the equipment to the store, they informed me that I have an outstanding bill of $133.31 and that they do not pro-rate and all fees must be paid.
