Not meant to be a full-blown review.  USAA deserves the accolades it gets.  It has been such a pleasure using their Credit Card and dealing with their great customer service, especially after Bank One (now Chase) kept de-activating my fully-paid Visa "for security reasons," **without ever bothering to tell me they had done so** (I always learned the hard -- and often embarrasing -- way).

 Anyway, last night I was more than a bit surprised to discover that USAA, without any advance warning, had reduced its telephone Credit Card CS hours from 24/7, to 8pm close M-F, 4pm close Sat, and no hours...
