With all the new regulations and Sears now fighting for every customer I have now found that Sears is more interested in a slae than selling the proper product for the application. Our experience with a refrigerator is almost beyond belief.

In a quick overview we're on replacement number 4. After many conversations with Sears I believe the machine in use is still not the correct one for the application.
