The NuWave oven works fairly well and I liked the concept.  However, the plastic dome cracked into unusable condition after around 10 gentle uses.   The replacement dome also cracked after around 15 uses.   This unit should not be sold until the company replaces the plastic dome with some sort of glass.   Check out other review sites on the Internet and you will see that I am not the only person with this complaint.
