My Pampered Chef Large baking stone was bought for me and my family to heat pizza or bake one from scratch. I have found I can lay a piece of foil on top of my stone and crisp up medium rare bacon and warm all types of bread to the center so the bread does not become wet but just like first baked. Other uses are for baking biscuits and breads.
