I have had my Kenmore HE5t w/d set for over a year. I have been disappointed since day one. My husband's shirts and slacks that used to be wash and wear, I now send out to be laundered. My clothes come out twisted from the washer and wrinkled from the dryer, but what do you expect when the cool down cycle is only 4 minutes long. I feel my daughter's athletic clothes do not get clean (so I pretreat and put on 'heavy' wash, which I didn't do with the old machines).
