I love Racheal Ray's cook books. It's great and easy to follow recipes. It has out of the ordinary food combinations. I've liked almost every one I've tried. Some of the ingredients are weird but if you keep using her cookbooks then you will use the ingredients up. I like tha fact that they are 30 minute meals. They are quick and easy. Allthough I have to be honest a lot of the reciepe's take me a lot longer than 30 minutes to make. But they are still well worth it.
