These were the best diapers developed for newborns. Pampers really got ingenious with the cut-out for the healing belly button. The only problem was that sometimes, it rubbed on the sore spot.
These are absorbent. Overall, all Pampers diapers are absorbent. I've never had a problem with them leaking!
