We cruised on the Pride of America's Sept.16th 2007 sailing. Every thing was just great. We didn't go just for the cruise, but to see Hawaii too. This destination cruising changes some of the ways that things are done so guests should remember this when they choose to complain. When things go a little wacky, as they sometimes will, a laugh or two with the crew will sweetem the situation. Remember, they don't know if you are the extrememly  picky guest who is looking for trouble. Some people are impossible to please. We actually heard a guest complaining that he didn't get  to see the lava...
