    We regretfully purchased the 9700 set (washer/dryer) because it was a good price compared to other models.  It worked perfect the first 6 months, however now it dances around the room, shakes violently( i'm talking regular loads, not say 1 pillow), doesn't drain properly every time.  I can honestly say I hate it.  We are fortunate that we did buy the 5 year warranty, but i am really hoping for the unti to blow up or burn, whether covered or not by warranty. That way we can go buy a good machine and put this one where it belongs...in a scrap metal recycling plant.
