This machine does a good job but not a great job. Usually the clothes are clean but they do get knotted up, and stretched out. It usually doesn't come unbalanced but does make loud noises when it is over full. Usually the machines runs effeciently and quietly. It good on the water bill and doesn't take alot of electricity. For the price it is pretty cost effecient.
