    A great card for people with bad credit trying to reestablish their credit but a terrible card in the long run.  High yearly fees just to have the card, very small credit increases, high monthly finance charges, and no grace periods.  On-line access is not always available and payments made on-line don't always post properly (especially if your paying close to the due date).  High penalty charges for going over your credit limit even if its over at your statement time due to the finance charge.  Customer service has been just plain rude making statements like "You should keep a closer eye on... read full review »
