Where the staff at the chains goes to eat

My wife and I were dining at a local Brazilian Steakhouse that had recently been bought out by and given a corporate makeover. The food had changed, the music, the staff...everything! Even the caparinhas were being made with vodka (horrors)! We talked to our waiter about this and he slyly looked around and told us to try Fusion Fire. It was a small place and not well known, but it was where the Brazilian staff at the chain restaurants went to eat.

The food at Fusion Fire is excellent. While the salad bar is definitely smaller than at other Brazilian steakhouses, it was serviceable. And let's be... review »
