I like using Tracfone. It is the least expensive way to go, for someone that does not use a cell phone very often. The time is good for 90 days.

So for one year, I buy the 60 minute cards. I buy them for $19.99. 4 times a year. That only costs me 80 bucks for the entire year.

The minutes roll over to the next time I recharge. I only use it for emergencies, or when on the road, so I do not need a high priced cell phone bill, or a fancy phone.

I like things simple, and this works for me, every day of the year, and the price is RIGHT.
