I have been using Ambien for the past two weeks and its probably one of the worst decisions I have ever made.  My insurance carrier was switched at work (HAP over Blue Cross).  I used to take Lunesta due to severe insomnia.  HAP doesn't cover Lunesta so my doctor prescribed me Ambien.  BIG MISTAKE.  After taking the first pill I woke up in the morning with the worst headache.  My neck was so sore and I could barely function.  The headache lasted all day.  The so called "sleep specialists" have advised me that I have to give up one thing so I could gain another.  Basically, I have to give...
