Well - these are not going to hit the spot like a Baby Ruth but if that's what you're looking for go to the candy isle. I think they are perfect. While trying to lose weight but avoid that hunger feeling these are great. So many diet/health bars have that strange aftertaste and are loaded with calories. They are also usually filled with a dense mystery filling and melt if you leave them in a hot car. SoyJoy has 130-140 calories/bar. The bars are small but perfect for a quick pick-me-up or breakfast.
