I have stayed in many hotels for many nights. My experience with Orbitz was the worst: I made the mistake of booking the Hotel Emporio in Mexico City through Orbitz. During my stay, the room had numerous problems, including backed up plumbing causing the room to smell like a sewer, air conditioner outages causing the room to be like a sauna, and bellboys ignoring the "do not disturb signs" and knocking on the door at 2:00 am. After a couple of problems, I contacted Orbitz asking them to contact the management about a partial refund. Barring that, I said that I was willing to change hotels. ...
