Before being introduced to Shin-Sen Hakata Ramen my only exposure to ramen was from a paper cup. Having thought ramen was the chef boyardi of Japan, I would have never gone out to eat it if my friend hadn't taken me. I was blown away at how tasty real ramen could be and SSG has by far the best broth I've ever had. The coolest part about Hakata Ramen is you can personalize your bowl with any of the toppings available and even dictate how strong the soup base is, how much oil and how hard/soft you want your noodles.
