    I have suffered from clenching my teeth at night for years and I have crowns on my back teeth to show for it. My dentist suggested I get a professionally fitted night guard to the tune of 300.00. I have had professional made night guards in the past and found them to be rigid and uncomfortable. Not wanting a ridged plastic guard or to spend that kind of money, I researched and compared night guards that can be purchased from a retail store.     Yes Nikro those sweltering days are here, along with the unpredictable thunderstorm they bring. Let me know how the web page turns out. Curious to see it. Sounds like a good adventure for you and your family.

    As far as the coupons go, I try to stay current with my clipping, but sometimes fall behind. I sometimes print from coupon mom and freeflys. And heaven forbid my husband venture to the store....he will not pick up my coupon booklet. Takes too much time he would say.

    Well enjoy your early morning and late evenings. And if you come across a deal just too good to pass up, let me know and likewise I will do the same. Take care. : )
