I too am experiencing the mattress issue with it sagging in the middle after 1 year.  I spent nearly $1000 on this bed and I'm SO disappointed!!!  My friend spent $300 on her pillowtop and it is SO nice and they've had it for 5 years now.  I bought it at American Furniture Warehouse in Thornton (Denver) Colorado and it is the 2nd mattress I've had to buy from them, both were completely shoddy!!!!  DO NOT go there if you can avoid it at all costs no matter what marketing scheme Jake Jabs uses!
