Great product.  I had a few friends over for a night of movie watching and out of all the snacks, the Philly Sundried Tomato spread was the favorite.  We used crackers, mini bagels, and party toast.  It spread easily on all three (even directly from the refrigerator).  The flavor was outstanding, you could really taste the tomato and basil.  Luckily, I purchased 2 containers, it went fast.  For my next party, I'd like to find a way to "pipe" this spread onto crackers to give it a more professional appearance.  This is a healthy change  snacking and will serve this everytime I have a get-together....
