    I really enjoyed taking this product.  I started losing weight because this product made me feel full throughout the day.  I am a full time college student and I dont have time to eat in between classes so I take these so I dont hit the vending machines at school!  I have lost a few pounds since I have started taking it.  I think that if I continue to take it and take it right, I will lose more!
