I try to stop into Don Pablo's every few months or so.  The food is good and price is right.  However, a few times that I have been there, the tortilla chips have been undercooked.  Other than that, I have no complaints.  I like to try different dishes when I go and found out that I prefer the burritos over enchiladas (different tortilla) and like fajitas over carnitas.  One thing that I find a tasty treat is the corn cake.  Talk about the perfect combination of salty and sweet.  Overall, I do enjoy this restaurant.
