Kellogg's Special K Diet

Hard to stick to after a few days

I found the Special K diet to be bland and hard to stick to. Even with the variety of flavors it is still to much of the same. I started using this and thought it would be better than slim fast but similar. While i would rather have something to chew like the ceral itself I still got bored. Did it work? Yes it did!! But even though I lost a few pounds when I finally couldnt stand it anymore I binged for about a week, The weight of course came back quickly.
