Whirlpool Quiet Partner 1 does not dry. I have loaded the dishes correctly, at an angle. I make sure my rinse agent dispenser is full. Water temperature is 120 degrees. However, dishes are still wet at end of cycle. Glass, utensils, and plastic are all wet. My previous dishwasher was a whirlpool and it would dry so well I had to let the dishes cool before I took them out. This dishwasher does not heat up and the dishes are lukewarm.
