I purchased the GE Quiet Power 3 dishwasher in Oct. 2007.  I hate it.  The top rack is extremely hard to push in and pull out even when empty.  I had three service calls by January 2008 just to get it manageable.  Now the rack is hard to push in and pull out again.  I have another call in for service.  I am a little disheartened that this is a repeat issue.  I just bought new plates and bowls and some really nice glass glasses.  (I'm a mother of four - we've been using plastic for years.  You know what I am talking about.)  The rack issue has caused my pretty dishes to break.  (I should...
