OK I've always had a problem with regularity every since I was small. I've tried everything increasing fruits, veggies, fiber, bran, and the doctors say I'm fine and healthy and not to worry about it some women are regular as others. Ex-Lax works the best for me but I don't want to use that daily because it does have chemicals.
