Have had my Neptune for 4 years. It saves me about $10 a month on our water bill. But even after I do what the manufacturer says, there is still MILDEW on the rubber seal around the tub. I DON'T like the mildew. A serviceman comes every year, as I pay to keep extending the warranty, and they either cannot or will not get the mildew out, either. I have not recommended the machine to any of my friends. After owning the machine for 2 years, I was glad I had bought the warranty, because the 'computer' in the wash selection knob went bad.
