We had Sears install a new furnace and air conditioner in our home.  The salesman was nice enough but I didn't really like the high pressure of having to make our decision the day he was there.  We had it installed and all went well, but  a month later there is water on the floor by the furnace and we then started having problems getting someone out to check out the problem.  The numbers on the business card the salesman gave us no longer work (that worries me).  We finally got through to someone at Sears and they said they would send someone out.  Of course no… read full review »
