Thanks for the follow up. I think there is a good chance, with the right partner listening to your unique selling objectives, that NetSuite could be made to work. Of course, the investment required to get there may be unsatisfactory given the potential return to your business. It's a little hard for me to fault the software though. What you shared reinforces our perspective: "implementations fail without proper planning and expertise".
Given your Sales department was an "after-thought", it seems like that would help your review be a bit more objective.
If you write up more specifically your issues, perhaps I can research it and make suggestions. I may put the answers up on our blog to help us publicly demonstrate our expertise.
