Well, I just started taking this about a week ago, but thought I would give my two sense so far.  A girlfriend of mine takes this and recommended it.  I wasn't expecting a miracle pill to lose all kinds of weight.  It is up to me to quit being lazy and start exercising!  No wonder pill is going to do it for me! — I just wanted something that will make me feel a little fuller, so I'd quit eating sooner.  I'm also a little bit of a snacker, so I wanted to not feel so hungry...seems to be working, i'll just have to wait and see.… read full review »
